Osa Imasogie is the Chief Executive Officer of Avon HMO, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare and financial services. With a proven track record in operations, compliance, and project management, Osa is dedicated to driving innovation and excellence across the healthcare sector.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics from Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, an MBA in Leadership and Management from York St. John University, UK, and a Management Analytics Certificate from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Yetunde Ayeni brings over 17 years of diverse professional experience in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Information Technology, Consulting, and Financial Services.

Commencing her HR journey in 2008 at Yana Inspiration Dance Company, Yetunde managed HR/Admin. activities before transitioning to HR Consulting at Human Capacity Development Consultants (HCDC) Limited. Progressing to Michael Stevens Consulting Limited in 2013 as a Senior Consultant, she led HR process enhancements and other key responsibilities.

Before joining Heirs Insurance Group in 2020 as a pioneer staff, Yetunde served as the Assistant Manager, HR Services at TSL Logistics Limited, showcasing expertise in HR Strategy and Operations in Nigeria & Ghana. She also oversaw Facility Management, Information Technology, and Corporate Communications.

Prior to joining Avon Healthcare, she functioned in the capacity of the Group Head, Resources and HR, Sector Head, at Heirs Insurance Group.

Yetunde holds a BSc. in Industrial Labour Relations from Olabisi Onabanjo University. She is a Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (MCIPM) and holds a Human Resources Practitioner License (HRPL) issued by the same Institute.

Dr. Adeyinka is the Group Head, Medical Services at Avon HMO. He is an astute medical practitioner with over 10 years’ experience in multidisciplinary settings both home and abroad. Over the course of his career, he has distinguished himself in strengthening Health Systems and specializing in the deployment of quality health care delivery.
